- Go to My account
- Go to My orders.
- Locate the order the product is in you wish to report and click Show all order information
- Locate the product you wish to report and click report and issue
- Select the reason the product is damaged
- Select the reason that applies to your issue.
- Leave a message for our customer service team (The more information you provide the quicker we can process your return.)
