We want to deliver your order as soon as possible. That’s why you can only cancel your order up until it has been processed for shipment. You can cancel the order in your account.
Choose "Cancel order" in the "More options" menu. You can cancel each item individually. If an item can’t be cancelled anymore, it will be greyed out. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.
