Once your payment has been completed, it’s not possible to change your order anymore. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it in your account.
Go to ‘My orders’ and cancel the order. If this option is not visible, that means your order is already processed for shipment and it’s not possible to cancel it anymore.

If you already placed your order, it isn't possible to change the product, or the amount If this is what you want you need to order again. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, our Customer Service department can help you change your order.
